YSGMTC5200 is a highly integrated, standard package size VCO, which uses a high cut-off frequency RF transistor to generate oscillation and signal output. Its signal output power is high and its isolation is good.

The temperature compensation device is added to improve the temperature stability of the signal. It is supplied by 5V standard voltage and is compatible with the working voltage in the range of 3V to 6V.
